Terms of Use

• This website contains information, assets, and materials owned by CubeRealm.io. It includes but is not limited to, the name, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics and source code. Their reproduction for commercial purposes are prohibited.
• Any user generated content on the website belongs to CubeRealm.io. The original creator is not entitled to any ownership or revenue for adding any content unless a signed partner agreement with CubeRealm.io exists, which explicitly contains the share of revenue.
• We assume no responsibility for any damage caused to your computer, device, or person by the use of this site
• This website might contain links to other third party websites. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Purchases

• Any purchase of in game features are limited to be used within the game they have been purchased for.
• All purchases are final when the transaction is finalized and non-refundable. Prices for purchases include value added tax, if applicable and are in US Dollars or the currency provided by the payment provider or bank. The payment provider or bank can convert the prices in US Dollars to a local currency based on their exchange rates valid on the date of purchase.
• CubeRealm.io reserves the right withdraw sales against full refund of the paid amount in US Dollars.
• The purchase of in game features gives the purchaser the right to use these features in the game at any time.
• The purchase of features does not include the right to copy or distribute use any of the features or use them outside the named game in any way. CubeRealm.io allows game plays to be recorded (video) and streamed on online platforms. Copyright for all game content and features applies.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.
• The use of credit cards, payment systems, bank accounts etc. from third parties without their consent is illegal and we reserve the right to report such activities to financial institutions or government agencies.
• A payment ID is stored when a purchase is made so that refunds can be accommodated via the payment-provider.
• No other personal data is stored in the CubeRealm.io database. To use payment providers you need to familiarize with their terms & conditions.
• Trading, selling, or purchasing of in-game items, currencies, or any digital goods for real-world money, or any other form of real-world financial value, is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in the sale, purchase, trade, or exchange of accounts, in-game items, currencies, or any other in-game resources on secondary markets, online auction sites, forums, or through any other means outside the official channels is strictly forbidden.

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to disable and delete your account at anytime if you break rules, which include but not limited to:
• Abusing exploits, modifying the game's source code, or using cheats/hacks.
• Using any forms of bots or automated scripts on the website or in game.
• Requesting an abusive refund on one of our payment systems.
• Promoting or encouraging any materials related to breaking CubeRealm.io's terms and conditions.

Chat Rules

• Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
• No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member.
• No NSFW or obscene content. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content.
• You will be asked to change your username if the staff deems them inappropriate.
• Please do not impersonate staff members
• Please do not ask other users for their personal information, such as their real name, address, age, etc. Users may choose to reveal this information themselves, but you must not share their information with other users.
• Bypassing any form of punishment using alt accounts will lead to an immediate ban without question.
